Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery cleaning is a specialized service dedicated to deep-cleaning and sanitizing upholstered furniture such as sofas, chairs, mattresses, and even car interiors. Over time, upholstery can accumulate dust, stains, allergens, and odors, which regular cleaning might not adequately address. Upholstery cleaning uses techniques like steam cleaning, hot water extraction, and specialized treatments to lift embedded dirt, remove tough stains, and refresh fabric fibers.

For furniture, this process not only restores the appearance of the upholstery but also improves hygiene, making it safer and more comfortable for use. In car interiors, upholstery cleaning enhances the look and feel of the seats and can even prolong the life of the materials.

Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning)

Hot water extraction, often referred to as steam cleaning, is one of the most effective methods for deep-cleaning carpets. This method involves injecting hot water combined with a cleaning solution deep into carpet fibers, and then extracting the solution along with dirt, debris, and allergens using powerful suction.

Benefits: Deep cleans down to the backing, removes embedded dirt, dust mites, bacteria, and allergens. Suitable For: Homes, offices, commercial spaces with medium to high traffic areas, and allergyprone environments

Dry Carpet Cleaning

This method uses minimal moisture and involves the application of an absorbent compound that binds to dirt and is then vacuumed away. Dry carpet cleaning is particularly suitable for delicate carpets that may shrink or discolor with water-based cleaning.

Benefits:Quick drying time (typically within an hour), less risk of shrinkage, perfect for hightraffic areas where downtime needs to be minimized. Suitable For: Offices, commercial environments, and delicate fiber carpets (such as wool or natural fiber carpets)

Bonnet Cleaning (Low-Moisture Carpet Cleaning)

Bonnet cleaning is a surface-cleaning method that involves a rotary machine with a cleaning pad soaked in a cleaning solution. It is used for quick cleanups and is popular in commercial settings to maintain carpet appearance between deep cleanings.

Benefits:Fast drying time, effective for light surface stains and regular maintenanceSuitable For: Large commercial spaces, hotels, conference rooms, and areas requiring frequent cleaning

Encapsulation Cleaning

This method involves applying a cleaning solution that crystallizes dirt particles. Once the solution dries, the dirt encapsulates in the crystals, which can then be vacuumed away. Encapsulation is known for its efficiency and environmental friendliness.

Benefits:Quick drying, reduced water usage, minimal chemical residue, extends carpet life. Suitable For: Office buildings, hightraffic commercial spaces, schools, and healthcare facilities

Shampoo Carpet Cleaning

Involves applying a foamy cleaning agent to the carpet, which is then scrubbed into the fibers and vacuumed out. This method is often used in heavily soiled or greasy areas.
